the Board of Directors may convene in Executive Session regarding the following matters:
A. Section 551.087. Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations
Item 8. Reconvene to regular session and take action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive
Session.

address the Board Members and turn the form in before Citizens/Visitors Comments to the
Executive Director.
Personal Audience Comments are limited to five minutes, and comments on Agenda Items are
limited to three minutes. Time limits can be adjusted by the President as to accommodate more
or fewer speakers.
The purpose of this item is to allow citizens an opportunity to address the Burkburnett
Development Corporation on issues that are not the subject of a public hearing. Any item
requiring a Public Hearing will allow citizens or visitors to speak at the time that item appears on
this agenda as indicated as a “Public Hearing.”
